Step Templates let you save a mobile step's content and styling and reuse it when building or updating other steps. Save a step you like once, then apply it to new or existing steps in any mobile Flow.

                    Save a Step Template

                    1. Select the step you want to save so the step side panel appears.
                    2. Click the three dots in the upper-right of the panel and select Save step as template.

                    1. Enter a name for the template and click Create. The template is saved and ready to reuse.

                    Use a Step Template

                    On a new step

When a Flow has no steps yet, the side panel shows the new-step options. Select the Saved tab to view and choose from your saved templates.

                    On an existing step

Select the step, click the three dots in the upper-right, and select Load template.

Choose a template to update the current step with its content. If the template is applied to a group, the group styles from the template are applied too.

                    Manage Step Templates

Rename or delete a saved template from the template list: select an existing step, click the three dots in the upper-right, then find the template, click the three dots to its lower-right, and select Rename or Delete.

                    Good to know

                    • Dark mode is supported. If a template has dark mode styles, they're applied to any step created or updated from it.
                    • Only the default language is saved. When you add or update a step from a template in a localized Flow, it uses the template's default-language content. Update the localized content afterward.

                    Confirm it worked

                    • The saved template appears under the Saved tab when adding a new step, and in the Load template list on existing steps.
                    • A step created or updated from the template matches its content and styling.
